*Hourly Disposals:
There is a minimum requirement of three (3) consecutive hours service for Hourly Disposals.
Additional pick-up / drop-off point:
Extra stops will be charged at $15 per stop (within 2km) and $30 per stop (beyond 2km). Maximum of two (2) en-route stops, with the entire transfer to be completed within sixty (60) minutes. Transfer will be charged as a Hourly Disposal service beyond sixty (60) minutes, with a minimum of two (2) hours disposal for Limousine Cabs and a minimum of three (3) hours disposal for Private Limousines.
Midnight surcharge:
A $15 surcharge per trip or per hour (for Hourly Disposals) is applicable, based on the passenger's boarding time, from 23:00 to 06:59 Hrs.
Waiting time charges:
Departure Transfer / Point-to-Point Transfer - No charge for the first fifteen (15) minutes based on advised pick-up time, additional $15 per subsequent block of fifteen (15) minutes. Any access minutes will be rounded up to next nearest block. Transfer will be charged as a Hourly Disposal service beyond thirty (30) minutes, with a minimum of two (2) hours disposal for Limousine Cabs and a minimum of three (3) hours disposal for Private Limousines.Arrival Transfer – No charge for the first forty-five (45) minutes based on the actual landing time of the flight, after which the waiting time charge of $15 per fifteen (15) mins block will commence. Any access minutes will be rounded up to next nearest block. Transfer will be charged as a Hourly Disposal service beyond sixty (60) minutes, with a minimum of two (2) hours disposal for Limousine Cabs and a minimum of three (3) hours disposal for Private Limousines.
Sentosa entry:
Rates quoted are exclusive of entrance fees to Sentosa, if any (for vehicle & passengers).
Admission charges:
Do note that the rate does not include any additional admission charge, if any (for example Singapore Flyer).
Car-Child Seats:
An additional surcharge for S$20 per car-child seat is availabile upon request, subjecting to availability. Please provide the age of the child during reservations.
Accessibility / Wheelchair-friendly:
There are no additional charges for accessibile transfer for wheelchair passengers. Please inform us during the booking as only certain models of the Maxi Cab, London Cab and Minibus are wheelchair-acessible.
Out of the way areas (e.g. Jurong Island, Tuas Industrial Area, Sungei Gedong):
There is an additional S$10 surcharge per transfer to areas out of the way.
Meetings Incentives Conventions & Exhibitions (MICE) and Event Transfers:
Event organizer and/or coordinator must ensure that adequate complimentary parking and entrance labels (where required) are provided for the number of vehicles requested.
Amendment of bookings & reservations:
Please make any amendments at least twelve (12) hours before the time of transfer (via hot-line at +65 6535 3534); or at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance via email, at no additional charge.For amendments made within twelve (12) hours prior to time of transfer, a $10 surcharge will be imposed.
Cancellation policy:
Please make any cancellations at least twelve (12) hours before the time of transfer (via hot-line at +65 6535 3534); or at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance via email, at no additional charge.For cancellations made within twelve (12) hours to time of transfer, a fifty percent (50%) surcharge of total transfer fee will be imposed.
For "No Show" of Customer, the full Transfer or Hourly Disposal rate shall apply.
Payment mode:
Payment via credit card or cash. Please note that for credit card payment, there is a 10% administrative charge and prevailing GST (Goods & Service Tax) rate on the administrative charges.
One flat rate:
There are no additional booking or reservation charge, Electronic Road Pricing (ERP), car park, Airport surcharge, Holiday surcharge, Peak hour or Fuel surcharges.
