    Travel from Singapore Changi Airport to your desired destination. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to that, customer can choose between a 2-seater, 4-seater or 7-seater Limousine Cab for a limousine transfer with your own space for your family or guest.

    When making a booking, you will need to advise your contact details (your guest's name and contact details if you are not traveling), flight details and the destination. Your arrival transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours via email.

    Flat rates quoted are for One Way Transfer - From Airport to your hotel or residential, with no additional stops or de-tours during the journey. Additional stops or de-tours are available at a small premium.

    All arrival transfer enjoys a waiting time of up to Sixty (60) mins from confirm flight landing time, which allows sufficient time to proceed from the plane to clear customs to the arrival hall. A waiting time charge of $10 per ten (10) mins block will commence after the initial sixty (60) mins.

  • FAQs for Arrival Transfers

    1) Why follow ETA for arrival pick up is important?

    • Flight Tracking - Driver will monitor flight or ferry should it arrive early or be delayed, and be at the airport or ferry terminal at the confirmed flight or ferry landing time.
    • Waiting Time - Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 mins from confirm flight landing time, which allows sufficient time for you to clear customs, pick-up your luggage and meet driver in the arrival hall.
    • Meet & Greet - Driver will be holding a signage with your name to meet & greet you at the exit of the luggage belt for your flight in the arrival hall. Please call driver if you have difficulties locating him.

    2) What does follow specific pick up time mean?

    • Driver will show up ONLY at scheduled time. Complimentary 10 mins waiting time for pick-up. After complimentary waiting time end, S$10.00 will be charge every 10 minutes. And after 20 minutes waiting, will capped as hourly disposal.
    • Driver will not track your flight. It is on your own risk if your flight is delay.

    3) Why for arrival transfer need to pay in advance?

    • We need to arrange and secure the vehicle for you to avoid the long queue up at the airport as Changi Airport is one of the busiest airport on the list and many passengers are waiting for the taxi after touchdown.

    4) What should I do if there is changes of flight time/delay?

    • Please email to us the updates details or call us at +65 6535 3534 and we will assist you right away.

    5) When do I need to make the booking for arrival transfer?

    • You may book with us at least one day in advance as we need to get all of your important details and receive a online payment.
    • For passengers waiting at the airport currently, an Immediate Arrival transfer service is available 24/7 for Mercedes Cab & Maxi Cab by calling our hotline at +65 6535 3534.
    • Please be ready to board vehicle within 30 mins.

    • Transfer service must be booked at least 48 hours (by email) or 24 hours (by phone) in advance of your travel date

    Confirmation for this service will be received within 24 hours of booking for email bookings, subject to availability

    PLEASE NOTE that we can usually still serve you without a reservation. If you arrive at the airport without a reservation, you may still call us. Most of the time we can still accommodate you, at no extra charge for an immediate service within fifteen (15) minutes, which may be subjected to availability of vehicle at that point of time.

    Child Car seats are not provided in the vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, please bring one for the trip
